I found Yoga im my mid twenties and haven't looked back since.
As I furthered my practice through regular classes, workshops and retreats, I decided the next step to sharing my love of yoga would be to teach!
I truly believe yoga is accessible to everyone and "it is not about being able to touch your toes, it is all about the journey to get there". Come along to one of my classes and see how you can benefit from having yoga in your life!

Yoga for everyone
People have been practicing yoga for thousands of years and today millions of people still practice dozens of styles, new and old. Research has shown that yoga can help lower physical markers of stress, including your blood pressure. More active yoga can strengthen your heart and practicing yoga regularly also improves flexibility and balance. Yoga is more than a type of workout though, it is really an entire lifestyle and the moves and postures are only one piece of it.
