Beginners welcome, mats provided, £10 per session or £50 for a 6-week block.

Cerian completed the 200hr Yoga Alliance Teacher Training in 2019 under the tuition of Kathy Ran (Yoga University) and Ali Powell Futrill (Sweat Studios).
